Matthew Boerner

Matthew Boerner is the co-founder, co-owner, and current President of
Revolution Consulting, Inc, a Minnesota-based corporation. Matthew has been
creating or managing information technology solutions since 1987. After cutting
his teeth at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, West Publishing, and
Born Information Services, Matthew co-founded Revolution Consulting in 1997 and
has led the organization to multiple years of positive growth and
profitability. Matthew's responsibilities include sales management, marketing
management, recruiting management, and staff management. Matthew also presides
over the company Board of Directors. Matthew is a member of the National
Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP) and is a Microsoft
Certified Solution Developer (MCSD). Matthew is also an avid table tennis
player.
Kevin Franck

Kevin Franck is the co-founder, co-owner, and current Chief Financial Officer
of Revolution Consulting, Inc, a Minnesota-based corporation. Kevin has worked
in the information technology industry since 1993. Kevin's passion for and
experience in the industry began with Dawson Hail Insurance, Computer Sciences
Corporation and EJBell Systems, Inc. Following EJBell Systems' exit from the
Minneapolis market, Kevin co-founded Revolution Consulting, Inc. with Matthew
Boerner in 1997. Kevin's background in accounting has been instrumental in
providing accounting related solutions for Revolution's clients and managing
the finances, investments and 40% annual growth rate of the company. Kevin's
responsibilities include financial management, account management and project
management. Kevin has Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Computer Information
Systems, is a former Captain and Finance Officer in the US Army and barring
injury runs the Twin Cities Marathon.
Dale Duppong

Dale’s current position with Revolution Consulting, Inc. is IT Sales Executive
and recruiter. Dale has over 25 years of sales experience with over 13 years in
IT and with 4 years of running an IT firm that he co-founded. Dale came to
Revolution Consulting in July of 2000 with a charter to help diversify
Revolution Consulting’s services by adding staff augmentation and permanent
placements services to the IT marketplace. Over the years Dale has created an
extensive network of both clientele, consultants, and candidates that has
significantly contributed to the growth of the firm. Dale’s passion in his off
times includes walleye and trout fishing in northern and southern Minnesota.
